Team coaching is a process, by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business
If we can compare individual coaching with driving a car then Team coaching is like a driving a bus. However, it is enabling a team to function at more than the sum of its parts, by clarifying its mission and improving its external and internal relationships. This is systemic perspective which is one of the most common approaches in team coaching. (Hawkins- Smith).

Team coaching consists of workshop modules with team incl. team leader & Individual coaching with team leader.
Workshop modules with team incl. team leader: 3-7 half day or more modules x 90 min. Part of the modules are without team leader.
